Build the flat initial-params vector for G2020 (EDM rigorous optimizer) from an EDM-model decomposition.

Works through polymorphism: ccurve.get_params() on an EdmComponentCurve returns the 7-element EDM params (t0, u, a, b, e, Dz, cinj) per component. uv_ccurve.scale is the UV/XR peak-height ratio, same as what estimate_uv_weights_from_peaks computes in the legacy estimator.
