Baseline.Baseline2D#

Baseline.Baseline2D.py

individual_axes_impl(self, data, axes, method, method_kwargs, baseline_func)#

Implementation of the LPM baseline fitting for 2D data

This is overriding the implementation in pybaselines.two_d.optimizers._Optimizers.individual_axes

Parameters:
  • data (ndarray) – The 2D data array to fit the baseline to.

  • axes (tuple of int) – The axes to fit the baseline along. Should be a tuple of two integers (0, 1).

  • method (str) – The method to use for baseline fitting.

  • method_kwargs (dict or list of dict) – Additional keyword arguments to pass to the baseline fitting function.

  • baseline_func (callable) – The baseline fitting function to use. This should be a function that takes the data and additional keyword arguments, and returns the fitted baseline and optionally additional parameters.

  • debug (bool, optional) – If True, enable debug mode.

Returns:

  • baseline (ndarray) – The fitted baseline array.

  • params (dict) – A dictionary containing the parameters of the fitted baseline.
