make_v1report_ranges_impl(decomposition, ssd, mapped_curve, area_ratio, concentration_datatype, debug=False)#

Make V1 report ranges from the decomposition and mapped curve.

decomp_result = Backward.DecompResultAdapter.adapted_decomp_result(…)

Parameters:
  • decomposition (Decomposition) – The decomposition object containing the components.

  • ssd (SecSaxsData) – The SecSaxsData object containing the data.

  • mapped_curve (ICurve) – The mapped curve used for decomposition.

  • area_ratio (float) – The area ratio used for determining ranges.

  • concentration_datatype (int) – The concentration data type (1 for X-ray measured data, else for UV measured data).

  • debug (bool, optional) – If True, print debug information.

Returns:

The list of paired ranges for the components.

Return type:

list of PairedRange
